Craft Northgate: Luminaries

Description

Come get your luminarias at the Venue on December 20th between 1:30 and 2:30 PM and let’s all lightup up the neighborhood on the evening of December 24th. Each house will receive 6 bags and 6 candles and snowflake or tree stickers to attach to the bag. We are asking you to provide one canned good (see list below) and put it inside each bag for weight and then set the candle on the can.  Afterwards, please take the canned goods to the Venue and drop them in the bin for donation to a food pantry.

Canned soup
Canned beans
Canned meat (tuna, chicken, etc)*
Canned vegetables (any kind, especially no salt
added)
Canned fruit (any kind, especially no sugar added)

Also, for those of you who celebrate Hanukkah, we have luminaria bags and candles with Hanukkah stickers to be put out on December 22nd.
