Continue your wellness journey with an Informative Nutrition Presentation from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m., where you’ll gain valuable tips on healthy eating and mindful living.
Wrap up the morning at our DIY Smoothie Bar from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and create your own delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie to enjoy.
